It is a higher educational programme aimed at those students who want to develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in order to pursue a career in the food production chain, in catering, in technical research, or in the programming of industrial and semi-industrial project lines.

The Higher Diploma in Culinary Arts and Science is intended for those students holding a High School diploma, who aim to further their education in the field of the Culinary Arts.

The course will be held at Cordon Bleu Florence - a school specialised in haute cuisine with its more than thirty- year experience in the teaching sector. The school is housed in Palazzo Ximenes Panciatichi in Via Giusti n.7, right in the heart of historical Florence.
