LOCATION RENTAL FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
The school facilities are available for rent for special courses or events held by other teachers (without the support of our staff).
The school can rent the kitchen without the help of our specialized assistants. The school includes a kitchen for demonstration with mirrors. The room can be organized for team building groups of up to 30 people - where the teacher can demonstrate and supervise, while the students can collaborate in the preparation of the meal (without an individual work space for each student). Or the same room can be arranged for hands-on classes with up to 10 places, each student with his own facilities.
In each case, there is plent of seating for everyone in the group can sit together to taste the prepared dishes.
The school also includes wireless internet to allow students to use their own PC throughout the school. We have an extensive library with cookbooks in Italian, English and French - all books are available for students to do resarch in the school. We also offer a wine/oil tasting room - this room can be arranged for hands-on classes (with no stove or oven) such as bread classes or classes for children.
